Taiyo Yuden’s ValueLine of CDR is a great way to save and still get a quality disc. ValueLine CDR is a higher quality product than equally priced products made in Taiwan, China or India.

The Taiyo Yuden brand is known to professionals for its virtually non-existant failure rate and universal player compatiblity. JVC joined with Taiyo Yuden in early 2010.

Taiyo Yuden made the first CD-R disc. They worked with Sony & Phillips as one of Japan’s largest chemical companies to make the dye which would store the data on the CD-R.
